• We appreciate that people at the pinnacle of their career are quite rightly entitled to the highest possible levels of service. Upon registering with Altruist Medical you will be assigned an experienced Account Manager as a single point of contact to effectively deal with what ever issues arise. Your account manager will have a minimum of 5 years experience as we do not hire trainees as Account Managers.

• Altruist Medical has gained vast experience in negotiating on behalf of our consultants. We aim to ensure our consultants gain the best possible package available.

• We appreciate that our consultants work hard for their money so at Altruist Medical we promise to pay you promptly as we understand this is of paramount importance. We also understand that it is not always achievable to have timesheets signed on the Friday therefore regardless of what day we receive your timesheet or invoice we will process them within 48 hours of receipt.

• With locums spending the majority of their time away from home we appreciate it can become stressful. Where ever possible we will endeavour to provide the best accommodation available to ensure your maximum wellbeing and comfort outside of your workplace.

• Altruist Medical have teamed up with a number of experts within the financial field specialising in working with medical healthcare professionals to ensure you receive the best advice on tax, financial and accounting issues. • At Altruist Medical we believe that great consultants tend to know other great consultants. If your friends or colleagues are interested in either a locum or substantive position in the UK or Ireland please let us know.
  
  For any consultants referred to us who successfully go on to gain a position via Altruist Medical we will pay you: -
  
  £250 if the referral completes a 1 month locum
  £500 if the referral completes a 3 month locum
  £750 if the referral is appointed to a substantive position
  £1,000 if the referral completes a 6 month locum
